Is the expense of an event planner a must?

 An event planner is not an additional cost, it is part of the budget. In fact, in most of the events the client is beneficiated since the planner knows the market and best options for the client and the type of event he or she envisions. Planners generally get better prices from the vendors which are passed on directly to the client, this way helping the client’s final budget.

 

Can we plan the event ourselves?

 Of course you can! At the beginning it will be very simple and stress free, as the date approaches more things will begin to worry and stress you. To find the perfect vendor for you can be a tedious process and yet more stressful being on top of every detail and not be able to enjoy your special day. There is also the possibility that the vendors do not offer the best price or how will you know if they are liable and professional? A planner knows the vendors and has events almost on a daily basis, this providing an advantage when it is time to do the best job for you and that your event is a success.

 

Do we really need a planner?

 Only time will tell how essential a planner is. Instead of spending countless hours in search of the perfect venue, music, photographer, you should be taking advantage of the process; you are an important part of the process however without the stressful hassle, just enjoying and letting your imagination fly.

Commonly the client forgets the main reason for the celebration, which is of course celebrate! In order to make a better celebration a planner can be a valuable part, no just for not worrying and stressing, but also budget and enjoyment wise.

I do not have a large enough budget for my dream wedding, what can you do?

 Your dream wedding or event does not have to be utterly expensive, one just has to know how to obtain the most out of each supplier and be creative in order to fulfill your dream. It is in us to maximize your budget and make your dream come true.
